On behalf the Sales Manager, s/he must have roles and responsibilities as the following job description:

1- Overall Scope of Work
– determine staffing requirements
– train new staff
– supervise direct reporting staff according to overall company policy
– apply strategic planning to determine company, department or unit objectives
set employee goals and objectives
– develop staff to maximize potential
– monitor staff performance including performance reviews
– delegate work duties to staff to attain objectives
– allocate use of available resources
– monitor and assist staff with work progress
– evaluate current business processes and systems
– plan and implement procedures and systems to maximize operating efficiency
– establish and maintain controls
– formulate department/unit policies and practices
– co-ordinate financial and budget activities for maximum operational efficiency
– facilitate the preparation and analysis of reports
– review performance data (financial, sales and activity reports) to monitor and measure productivity, goal progress and activity levels
– responsible for the achievement of department/division/unit productivity and quality goals

2- Main Focus
– Responsible for performing of the sales team to achieve the Quarter target.
– Set a Sales Target (Monthly, Quarterly) to sales team
– Prepare Daily, weekly and monthly sales report
– High commitments to meet Quarter Sales Targets and objectives of PTC
– Promote the brand awareness to customers
– Perform Market Research and Review Branding Strategy
– Supervise and guide sales representative
– Solve problem and negotiate with Customers
– Work closely with relevant departments and the corporate office throughout the sales process
– Perform ad-hoc duties that may be deemed essential to fulfill the functions of the position
– Studying competitors’ products and services.
– Develop the sales strategic plan
– Improve the liaison with new customers and keep the existing customers
– must be able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
– Cooperate with the staffs in all departments
– Other works as assigned by its Director

Job Requirements

– At least 18 years old
– At graduate bachelor degree
– At least 1 year experience in related
– Can speak English or Chinese good (Chinese is preferred)
– Can work as team and individual
– Able to work with E-mail and Internet
– Able to work under pressure
