– Making marketing campaigns and strategies.
– Lead and supervise team marketing component and support staff running effective marketing strategies.
– Prepare marketing advertising plan.
– Prepare marketing location plan distribution.
– Update Marketing location for making.
– Create new idea for business.
– Communicate with public and private Hospitals for promotion.
-Strategic planning and implementation on promotion tasks and cooperate with Sale team.
– Leading market analysis and market research on the Competitors activities.
-New marketing initiative and challenging process.
-Training, developing and guiding the field staff to make them efficient enough to achieve their sales objectives.
– At least Master Degree of Marketing.
– Minimum 5 years work experiences in sales and Marketing.
– High responsibility and commit the objective to reach the target.
– Challenge and willing to learn the growth.
– Good in communication and teamwork.
– Good experience with medical products.
– Good interpersonal and communication, both Khmer and English.
– Self-reliant and hard working.
– Must be able to work independently.
– Be patient, friendly, flexible, honest, hard-working.
– Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel power point.
